The Government of Chile has established as fundamental and strategic pillars of its action plan the Education and Innovation. Both components are projected to insert Chile in the society of knowledge and so, give a definite boost to economic, social and cultural development of the country.

In this context, the Becas Chile Program appears in 23rd of 2008, in response to the need and urgency of having more academics, professionals and technicians of excellence with more productivity, creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship.

Through these instruments, it seeks to increase coverage and number of post-graduation, Pedagogy students and top-level technicians who improve abroad.

The program “Train the trainer” taught at Inatel is a post-graduation Lato Sensu course, particular to prepare technical trainers. It is a program of post-graduation in Telecommunications to the technicians of Chile, which will have duration of twelve months, which are divided in two academic semesters of Brazil.
