- At Inatel, he was a member of the council responsible for defining strategies for updating and modernizing the Center for Scientific and Technological Information (CICT). He was also coordinator and creator member of CICT. He had an active participation in consulting service regarding the technological and market aspects of WLL in Latin America. Former member of Inatel's Engineering Teaching Studies Group (GEEE). Former member of the MI-SBTVD project team, the innovative channel modulation and coding subsystem of the Brazilian Digital TV System (SBTVD), regarding the invitation letter FINEP RFP 18/2004. From 1995 to 2002 he was responsible for the laboratories that support the practical teaching activities of the Inatel Electrical Engineering course. Previously he worked in the development of sensors and equipment for instrumentation and control, and as Production Supervisor and Product Engineering Supervisor at SENSE Sensors and Instruments, from 1988 to 1993.
